Ich mag Songtexte, die Bilder im Kopf entstehen lassen. Als ich den Text „Cowboy Law“ erstmalig lass, lief ein kompletter Westernfilm in meinem Kopf ab. Ich wusste sofort, dass ich dazu die passende Musik schreiben musste. Der Text stammt von Ray Bertram, ein blinder Texter aus Arkansas. Mit ihm habe ich schon unzählige Songs geschrieben. Songwriter, Musiker und Produzent Bernd Oettinger aus München legte eine Menge Instrumente über meine ursprüngliche Klavieraufnahme und gab dem Song dadurch den professionellen, rockigen und anspruchsvollen Sound. Für das Gesangsarrangement war Tara-Lynn Sharrock verantwortlich. Sie hat den Leadgesang und die Gesangsharmonien bei sich zuhause in Australien aufgenommen. Feedback ist immer willkommen.
